If you have little or no experience with PA systems and lighting technology, self-collection (dry hire) may not be an option for you. Use our Event services at attractive flat rates.

We offer both a delivery service and an all-round service for concerts, street/club festivals, private events and company events. Benefit from affordable event packages including delivery, installation and commissioning of the rented PA system and event technology, as well as service and support for the duration of the event.

Rent a PA system / music system: What is dry hire?

Dry-hire is a rental option for PA rental, where the collection and return as well as the commissioning of the rented technology are the responsibility of the rental customer. This means that you get attractive conditions when renting speakers and PA systems! However, this also means that you have to set up and wire the music system yourself. Of course, when you pick it up, we will be happy to inform you about the procedure for connecting and setting up the music system and lighting technology - you will usually also receive an associated operating manual for reference or you can use our video instructions on YouTube.

FAQ - Renting event technology - what I need to know

  • How is the rental price calculated?

    The rental prices stated in our price list are per day including 19% VAT (usually 24 hours).

  • Where / when can I pick up the items?

    Collection and return are only possible at our warehouse: Wormser Str. 23, 64319 Pfungstadt. You can find directions on our contact page.

  • How can I pay?

    Payment is generally made upon collection or delivery in cash or by card (we accept all common payment methods except American Express).

  • Are the devices insured?

    Yes, our event technology is insured against theft, fire, technical / electrical defects.
